Delcam PLC (the 'Company') announces that on 20 January 2009 it received notification that, on the same date, Delcam Trustees Limited (the 'Trust'), the trustee of the Delcam Employee Benefit Trust, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 235 pence per share. Following this transaction, the Trust now holds 334,910 Ordinary Shares representing 4.34% of the issued share capital of the Company.
