A further 1,872,500 Ordinary Shares (2.42 per cent. of the Issued Share Capital of the Company) were transferred to Mr. Andy Yok Lang Tam, who is also the beneficial owner of Interman Holdings Limited's Ordinary Shares. Following the transfers Mr. Yok Lang Tam owns or is interested in 8,726,000 Ordinary Shares or 11.29 per.cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
