Spearhead Limited Inc.

Cancellation of AIM listing

The Board of Spearhead Limited Inc. (the 'Company') & (the 'Board') announce that as part of its strategic review and after careful deliberation, it has in the best interests of both the Company and its shareholders, made arrangements for the Company's shares to be listed on an alternate stock exchange to AIM.

One of the factors the Board considered was that on 13th November 2008, Nabarro Wells & Co. Limited, Spearhead's former nominated adviser ('Nomad'), served formal notice of termination of its engagement with the Company with effect from close of business on Friday 13th February 2009. On 31st December 2008, the Company and Ambrian Partners Limited signed a Nomad and Broker Engagement for a fixed period from that date to the 13th February 2009.

The Company will not be seeking to appoint a new nominated adviser and in consequence, dealings in Spearhead's shares on AIM will be suspended from 7.00 a.m. on Monday 16th February 2009 and the Company's AIM listing will be cancelled from 7.00 a.m. on Tuesday 17th March 2009.

The Board will provide full details of the arrangements it has put in place for trading in the Company's shares on an alternate stock exchange on RNS before Friday 13th February 2009.
