Ensor Holdings PLC ("Ensor" or "the Company") announces that it received
notification on 20 January 2009 that on 16 January 2009, Roger Harrison, a
director of Ensor, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in Company at a
price of 17p per share. Mr. Harrison now holds 120,000 ordinary shares
representing 0.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
