The Board of Rusina announces that it was informed on 15 January 2009 that as at 13 January 2009 City Natural Resources High Yield Trust Plc held the total voting rights attaching to 14,445,000 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company representing 5.89% of the total voting rights in the Company.
