Trading Update

OneClickHR, the AIM quoted HR software, training services and solutions provider, is pleased to announce further contract wins for its HR software, HR.net, together with a trading update for its financial year ended 31 December 2008.

In the last quarter of 2008, a number of additional customers signed to HR.net, including EMI Music who intend implement the software across its 4,000 staff worldwide.

Hilton Hotels also signed an agreement with the Group; it will implement HR.net software on a 'Software as a Service' ('SaaS') basis to manage over 10,000 employees across 77 hotels in the UK and Ireland.

Additionally, through our technology agreement with Ceridian Corporation ('Ceridian'), we are pleased to note that the HR.net technology is supporting Ceridian's delivery of HR services to Whitbread plc and its 30,000 staff.

The Group is pleased to announce that in the year to 31 December 2008, profit and cash generation were ahead of management expectations. The full results for the 2008 financial year will be announced following the annual audit.
