Director Shareholding

The Company was notified today that on 15 January 2009 Andrew Fay, Chief Executive transferred 9,675 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 55 pence per share to a SIPP belonging to Andrew Fay. As a result of this transaction, Andrew's disclosable interest in the Company remains unchanged at 2,254,086 Ordinary Shares representing 19.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
