BOARD CHANGE

NeutraHealth plc, one of the UK's leading vitamin & supplement companies, today announces the following changes to the Company's Board. 

Michael Toxvaerd, having supported the transition of executive responsibility to Ray Myers, is standing down as Deputy Chairman with immediate effect due to other commitments. Michael will remain as an advisor to the Board for at least a further 6 months. 

Michael has been instrumental in the development of NeutraHealth; he jointly founded the company in November 2004, taking it to flotation in February 2005 and was Chief Executive for over three years. In June 2008, Michael became Deputy Chairman on the acquisition of Perrigo UK Limited and the appointment of Ray Myers as Chief Executive.

Sir Gulam Noon, Non-Executive Director, commented:
