Bateman Engineering announces that the Company was notified today that Eddie Du Rand (CEO) has today acquired 50,000 shares in the Company at a purchase price of 26.5 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Eddie Du Rand's aggregate shareholding holding in the Company is 90,000, representing 0.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
