Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

Change of Name

KimCor announces that all the resolutions proposed at the extraordinary general meeting held today were duly passed.

As a result of these approvals, the Company's name will be changed to Carlton Resources plc. The Company is awaiting receipt of the change of name certificate from Companies House. Once received, a further announcement will be made notifying the date on which the change of name will become effective.
