Purchase of Shares by Director

Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Steppe Cement Limited (the 'Company') advises that the Company's CEO Mr Javier Del Ser Perez purchased 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company ('shares') at £0.28 per share. Subsequent to the acquisition, Javier Del Ser Perez holds 7,785,800 shares (6.8%).
