Director shareholding

In accordance with Rule 17 of the AIM rules, Nordic Land plc (the 'Company') announces that Ian Knight, Managing Director of the Company,  has today received 120,221 ordinary shares of £0.01 pence in the issued share capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') by way of share transfer.

The shares form part of the share issue in July 2008 to Lathe Investments (Nordic) LLP ('Lathe') in settlement of the performance fees due for the financial period ended 31 March 2008 and were originally allotted to a Director of Lathe who, upon ceasing to be a Director, forfeited them in favour of the remaining directors of Lathe, including Ian Knight. 

Following the above share transfer, Ian Knight holds 563,162 Ordinary Shares representing 2.8357% of the issued share capital of the Company.
