Total Voting Rights
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rules Nautical Petroleum Plc confirms that at the close of business on 31 December 2008 the total number of voting rights in the Company was 63,408,120 and the total number of shares in issue was 63,408,120 Ordinary Shares of 20p each. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
The above figure (63,408,120 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Nautical Petroleum plc.
