Dealings by directors and connected persons

Delcam PLC (the 'Company') announces the following purchases of ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') by Delcam Trustees Limited (the 'Trust'), the trustee of the Delcam Employee Benefit Trust :

on 31 December 2008 the Trust acquired 2,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 210 pence per share; and

on 2 January 2009 the Trust acquired 1,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 215 pence per share.

Following these purchases, the Trust now holds 325,605 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.22% of the issued share capital of the Company.
