Appointment of Director

ILX Group plc the AIM quoted business training company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Evans as an Executive Director with immediate effect.  Peter Evans, aged 48 will take responsibility for the Company's strategic business development.

Peter is a highly experienced instructor and training developer and was a co-founder and the Managing Director of The Corporate Training Group Limited ('CTG'), which was acquired by ILX Group in July 2006. CTG provides in-house financial training to major international organisations, with a particular focus on graduate training for major investment banks.

Peter holds 515,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company, representing approximately 2.66 per cent. of ILX's issued share capital. During the past 5 years, Peter has also been a director of Corporate Training Solutions Limited and CTG Exam Training Limited. 

There are no other matters required to be reported pursuant to Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
