Executive Director Disclosure

The Company has been advised by executive director Shaun Mealey, that on 4th June 2007  the Bank of Ireland issued a £500,000 personal loan to Mr Mealey which was used for his other private business investments. The loan was secured by a charge over 2,100,000 of his shares in Your Space plc. As a result of the fall in the share price of Your Space plc, Mr Mealey has disclosed that he has breached a financial covenant within the loan agreement and he is currently in negotiations with the Bank of Ireland to provide additional security.
