Acquisition

Property Recycling (AIM: PROP), which acquires and prepares brownfield sites for development, today announces that it has acquired a 15.91 hectare site at Welford in Northamptonshire for £0.50 million. The site is located at the junction of the A14 and the A5199, approximately 5 miles from the Catthorpe interchange of the Ml and the M6.

Commenting on the acquisition, Paul Rackham, chairman, said, 'This site first came to my attention in January 2003, I am pleased that after a great deal of work we have now been successful in completing its purchase.'
