LED International Holdings Ltd ('LED' or the 'Company')

Delay of publication relating to the annual accounts for the year ended 30 June 2008

The board of LED have requested the shares of the company be suspended from trading on AIM until it can finalise its annual accounts.  

The annual accounts are currently being reviewed by the auditors and the board of LED. The cause of the delay relate to the treatment of post balance sheet events and the qualification of accounts for one of the subsidiaries of LED which is no longer trading.

The board of LED will release the annual accounts once they have dealt with all matters discussed above and will keep shareholders informed on progress made.
