Temporary suspension of trading in securities
Norwood Immunology Limited and its subsidiaries ('Norwood Immunology' or the 'Group') (AIM:NIM), the Group focused on stem cell therapies, the rejuvenation and repair of the immune system and the development of virosomal vaccines, today announces that it has requested trading in its AIM securities to be suspended as Norwood Immunology will be unable to publish its Annual Report and Accounts ('Accounts') for the year ended 30 June 2008 by 31 December 2008.
The Board is working closely with its auditors in Australia to prepare the Accounts and expects to publish the Accounts during the week commencing 5 January 2009.
