SHARE BUY BACK

Griffin Mining Limited ('Griffin' or the 'Company') announces that it has today purchased 34,567 of its own ordinary shares of nominal value $0.01 each ('Ordinary Shares') at 15p per share. The Ordinary Shares have been purchased for cancellation.

The purchase represents 0.02% of the Ordinary Shares in issue and is pursuant to the bye laws of the Company and a resolution passed by the directors.

The purchase and cancellation will reduce the number of Ordinary Shares in issue to 181,555,164.
