Publication of annual report and restoration of trading

Inveresk is pleased to announce that the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 was published and posted to shareholders yesterday. The annual report and accounts is also available to download from the Company's website at: http://www.inveresk.co.uk/.

Following this, and yesterday's publication of the Company's interim results to 30 June 2008, trading of the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be restored with effect from 8 a.m. today.
