Material Change in Shareholders
The Board of Directors of Japan Leisure Hotels was notified today that Japan Leisure Investments LLC ('JLI') and Japan Leisure Trust No. 1 ('JLT') have distributed their respective shares in the Company to the underlying beneficiaries of each of JLI and JLT.
Prior to the distribution JLI had 36,723,656 and JLT 1,276,344 shares of the Company representing 83.27% and 2.89% of the issued share capital of the Company respectively.
