Issue of Share Options

On 10 December 2008 the Board agreed to grant options over a total of 205,000 ordinary shares in the Company under the rules of the Mount Engineering Plc Enterprise Management Incentive Share Option Scheme. The options granted included an award of 80,000 options to David Stanham, a director of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of 57.5 pence per ordinary share and are exercisable between 3 and 10 years following the date of issue. The share options are subject to certain performance criteria.
