Pennant International Group plc announces that it today purchased 1,000,000 of its own ordinary shares of 5p, at a price of 5.25 pence per share, to be held as treasury shares. The Company now holds 2,512,955 ordinary shares in treasury. The number of ordinary shares remaining in the market is 29,487,045.
