Supercart plc (the 'Company')

Result of General Meeting

At the Company's general meeting held earlier today, the resolutions to effect the subscription of 5,000,000 new ordinary shares (the 'New Ordinary Shares') raising the Company £1.0 million (gross) and the adoption of new articles of association, as set out in the circular to shareholders dated 24 November 2008, were duly approved.

The New Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM with effect from 8.00 am on Thursday 18 December 2008.
