DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Further to the announcement today of the preliminary results of InterBulk Group
plc (the "Company") the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of David
Rolph as Non-executive Chairman of the Company with immediate effect.
David Rolph brings with him a wealth of experience from board positions at
Borealis and European Vinyls Corporation, two of the largest chemical and
plastics companies in Europe. Providing logistics services to the chemical and
plastics industry is the Company's largest business area, for which David's
experience will be particularly useful to the Company.
Bill Thomson has resigned from his position as Executive Chairman and will
remain as a director of the Company, enabling him to focus on developing the
Company's business in China. The Board would like to thank Bill for his
enormous contribution to the Company as Executive Chairman, and looks forward
to working with him on growing the Company's business in China.
David Christopher Rolph, aged 52, has the following directorships and
