The Board of Highams announces that it has received a notification from Suffolk Life Annuities Limited that it has a non beneficial holding of 15,105,157 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 21.98 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. This includes 13,802,857 ordinary shares which are held on behalf Mr Ken Ford, Chairman of the Company, as disclosed on 9 December 2008.
