GRANT OF OPTIONS

COE Group PLC today announces that options have been granted to board of directors as follows:

Alison Fielding, Chairman - 551,166

Ian Jefferson, Chief Executive Officer - 1,837,220

Mark Norton, Global Sales Director - 1,469,776

Mark Marriage, Chief Technical Director - 1,102,332

Anton Elsborg, Non-Executive Director - 551,166

The options will be exercisable in 6 equal installments at 6 monthly intervals from 15 June 2009 to 15 Dec 2011 at a price of 9p. All options must be exercised before 15 Dec 2018.

The Company also announces that the following options from a previous option scheme have been cancelled:
