The share options granted to David Parry were granted on 22 August 2008 and are exercisable at any time between 22 August 2010 and 22 August 2018 being a period of between two years and ten years from the date of grant. Following this allocation, David Parry is interested in 157,256 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.57% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and options over 130,000 ordinary shares.
