The Board of the Company announces that on 11 December 2008 it posted a circular to shareholders convening an extraordinary general meeting on 7 January 2009 at 9.00 a.m. to be held at the offices of Dowgate Capital Advisers Limited, 46 Worship Street, London EC2A 2EA. The purpose of the meeting is to seek shareholder consent to effect a capital reorganisation.
