Notice of Interest
The Company has today received notification that Westcombe Investments Limited has today purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares').
Alexandra Hendy, Nicholas Hendy (Alexandra's brother) and Westcombe Investments Limited (a company controlled by Robin Hendy, Alexandra's father) may be considered associates of each other. These three shareholders do not consider themselves to be a concert party under the rules of the Takeover Panel, however, they consider that they may be deemed to be acting in concert by certain regulatory bodies.
Westcombe Investments Limited, Alexandra Hendy and Nicholas Hendy are now interested in the following numbers of Ordinary Shares:
