Brand Acquisition

On 11 December 2008, Slimma completed the acquisition of event wear brands 'Michel Ambers' and 'Claudia Stevens'. The consideration for the acquisition will be met from Slimma's existing facilities.

'Michel Ambers' is one of the UK and Eire's leading event wear brands serving approximately 350 independent shop customers.

'Claudia Stevens' is a stylish collection of event wear for the outsize market and supplies independent shop customers in the UK and Eire.
