The Board of Qonnectis plc (Qti) today announces that, due to continuing ill health, Mike Tapia has resigned from the Board and as CEO of the Company.

Mike wishes to express his thanks to employees and shareholders for their support over the years.

Guy Chant continues as Interim Chief Executive Officer.
