Holding in Company / Directors Shareholdings
The Board of Highams announces that it has received a notification that Mr Michael John Gray yesterday acquired 4,590,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1.25 pence per share. Accordingly, Mr Gray is now interested in 4,590,000 ordinary shares representing 6.65 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. The shares were acquired from Mr Ken Ford, Chairman of the Company, who as a result of the transaction now holds 13,802,857 ordinary shares in the company, representing 19.99 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
Mr Ford's shares are all held within his Suffolk Life SIPP, and his resultant holding following this dealing represents the maximum SIPP holding Mr Ford can have in a Company of which he is a director.
