Board Changes

Following the appointment of Ian W. Kenworthy as Chairman, Mr Oystein Kvarme and Mrs Cecilie M. Vanem have stepped down from the board of the Company. In addition, Mr Thomas Kielland has stepped down from the board but will continue to act as CFO of the Company.

The board of the Company now comprises Mr Ian W. Kenworthy, Mr Jens Teigen and Mrs Ellynor Brorvik.

Mr Teigen, acting CEO of the Company, said: 'I wish to thank Mr Kvarme and Mrs Vanem for their contribution to the Company. Both Oystein and Cecilie have contributed in guiding the Company through a period of significant change and leave with the best wishes of the board.'
