NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Company has issued to shareholders notice of the Company's 2008 Annual General Meeting that is to be held at 11 a.m. on 18 December 2008 at the offices of Addleshaw Goddard, 150 Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4EJ.

The notice does not contain resolutions relating to the Company's 2007 Report and Accounts or to the reappointment of the Auditors, Appropriate resolutions for these matters will be included in a notice of Extraordinary General Meeting that will be despatched to shareholders once the 2007 Report and Accounts have been finalised.

The Directors expect to issue shortly the Preliminary Announcement in respect of the Company's results for the year ended 31 December 2007 and post the 2007 Report and Accounts to shareholders. The Company's Interim Results for the 6 months ended 30 June 2008 are expected to be released before 24 December 2008 and the suspension of the Company's shares will be lifted thereafter.
