Result of General Meeting

The Board of the Company announces that the resolution proposed to approve the de-listing of the Company's shares from trading on AIM was duly approved at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today.

The Board expects that the Company's trading facility on AIM will be cancelled with effect from close of dealings on 15 December 2008.
