The Company has been notified that Kappa Alpha has transferred 999,684 ordinary shares representing 11.8% of the issued share capital of the company, on the 12th September 2008 at a price of Stg 42.5p to its wholly owned subsidiary Zeta Beta Limited. The shares are registered under the nominee account Rulegale Nominees Limited.
