BOARD CHANGES

The Board of Molins PLC announces that Jonathan Azis will succeed Peter Byrom as Chairman following Mr Byrom's retirement on 31 January 2009. Mr Azis will also chair the Nomination Committee.

John Allkins will succeed Jonathan Azis as Senior Independent Director with effect from the same date.

Andrew Cripps has been appointed Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

John Wilson, who joined the Board as a non-executive director in 2000, will retire from the Board at the Annual General Meeting in April 2009.
