The Company received notification on 28 November that on 27 November 2008, Westcombe Investments Ltd purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'). As a result of this transaction Westcombe Investments Ltd and associates currently have a notifiable interest in 1,366,000 Ordinary Shares representing 9.22 per cent of the issued share capital of that class.

Norman Hay's capital consists of 14,811,750 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
