Release of Options

The Company announces that Michael Joyce has today released options in respect of 47,500 ordinary shares which he was granted on July 17 2007 at a price of 116.25p under the rules of the Interquest Group plc Share Option Scheme.

Following this transaction Michael Joyce has an interest in 366,830 ordinary shares representing 1.22% of the issued share capital of the Company as well as options over 200,000 ordinary shares.
