Board Changes

The Company is pleased to confirm the appointment of Ian W. Kenworthy, aged 65 as Chairman.

Mr Kenworthy, is a qualified lawyer and is currently a partner in the law firm Steenstrup Stordrange DA and is admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court. His previous experience includes inter alia, General Counsel in the legal department of Den Norske Bank, Executive Vice President at the Oslo Stock Exchange as well as being a member of its control committee from the establishment to the close down this year. Mr. Kenworthy is also member of the disciplinary committee of the Norwegian Bar Association.

Additionally Mr Jens Teigen, who is also a significant shareholder in the Company, will be appointed as a main board director and continues to act as interim Chief Executive Officer ('CEO'). Details in relation to Mr Teigen can be found in the announcement dated 16 October 2008. The Company continues to seek a suitable, long term candidate for the role of CEO to help develop future business.

Mr Teigen commented:
