Director's Dealing

Mobile Streams Plc (the 'Company') was informed on 2 December 2008 of the following transfer of ordinary shares by a director of the Company into a trust.

On 2 December 2008 Simon Buckingham, Chief Executive Officer, transferred his entire beneficial holding of 18,257,500 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') for nil consideration into a trust of which he is the sole beneficiary and trustee. 

Mr. Buckingham's beneficial interest in the Company has not changed. His beneficial interest in the Company continues to be 18,257,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 50.3% per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
