The Company announces, following notification today, that Dr William Robb
purchased 750,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company
(the "Ordinary Shares") on Monday 1 December 2008, equivalent to 0.73 per cent.
of the voting share capital. Dr Robb now holds a total of 5,750,000 Ordinary
Shares, equivalent to 5.59 per cent. of the voting share capital.
