Board changes

Prologic, the business solutions provider for fashion and lifestyle retailers and distributors, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Clifford as a non-executive Director. 

Paul Leighton Clifford (56) qualified as a chartered accountant with Touche Ross (now Deloitte.) and has spent over 25 years in growth technology companies. Paul is a part-time Finance Director at two technology companies, AIM listed LiDCO Group plc and Cityspace Limited. 

Paul was previously at AIM listed Civica plc, where he was Finance Director of its £80 million turnover operating subsidiary, Civica UK Limited, from 2006 until early 2008. Prior to that, Paul was Group Finance Director of London Stock Exchange quoted software group Comino Group plc from 1996 until it was acquired by Civica plc in early 2006.  

In addition to these roles, Paul has held other senior managerial and financial roles, primarily in the software and computing services sectors and has experience in mergers and acquisition, post-acquisition integration commercial contracts, company secretarial matters and risk management.
