Promethean plc announces that printed copies of its Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2008 were sent to shareholders Friday 28 November 2008 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy.
An electronic copy of the Promethean Annual Report will be available from the Company's website at www.prometheanplc.com and it is also available, free of charge, for at least one month from Promethean plc, 3rd Floor, Exchange House, 54-62 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JD and Promethean Investments LLP, 5-6 Argyll Street, London W1F 7TE.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Promethean plc, 3rd Floor, Exchange House, 54-62 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JD on 19 December at 12.00pm.
