Result of General Meeting

Board Change

Watford announces that at the General Meeting of the Company held this morning the resolution, requisitioned by Valley Grown Salads, for a vote of no confidence in the Board was withdrawn by Valley Grown Salads and therefore no vote was taken at the meeting.

At the same time Graham Simpson, the Chairman of Watford Leisure, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect. Andrew Wilson, currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will become Chairman on an interim basis.
