No consideration was paid for the grant of the Options. Options will normally vest in two years time subject to the participant's continued employment with the Company.

The shares currently residing in the Company's MTIP trust will be used to provide shares for nil-cost options in the event of exercise.

Following this grant, the Company will also review the share incentive schemes for all company management and staff. It remains Company policy that all staff should participate in the Company's Share Option scheme. The Company has shareholder authority to issue options under the Scheme up to a maximum of 25% of the issued share Capital.
