Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

Macro 4 plc (LSE: MAO) ('Macro 4' or the 'Company') announces that for the purposes of rule 5.6 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's share capital consists of 23,072,379 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each, including 868,682 shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Macro 4 is therefore 22,203,697.

The increase of 12,094 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each is a result of scrip dividend elections relating to the dividend paid on 24 November 2008.

The above figure of 22,203,697 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Macro 4, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
