The Company advises that Mr Michael Blakiston was appointed an alternate director for Mr Jon Starink prior to the commencement of today's Annual General Meeting. Mr Blakiston resigned at the conclusion of the meeting. Mr Blakiston has no interest in the Ordinary Shares of Gippsland.
